Business justification case
Guide to developing the project business case, Better business cases: for better outcomes, published by HM Treasury in 2018, defines a business justification case (BJC) as: ‘A single stage business case, using the Five Case Model, for the delivery of relatively low level spend for which firm prices are available.’
Where the five case model is: ‘A systematic framework for the development and presentation of the business case, comprised of the strategic, economic, commercial, financial and management dimensions of the Case.’
